I was looking for the safety sheets and, they were right there. Super easy to find, no digging around or anything. Just kind of... found what I needed and moved on.

I ordered a few lab supplies from Flinn Scientific, and for the most part it went okay enough. One item was backordered though, and I didn’t really find that out until after I had already placed the order, which felt a bit not ideal, I guess.
When I reached out, they did reply and explain it, so it wasn’t like nobody helped me. I just would’ve liked getting the update sooner without having to go ask about it myself. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kind of annoying in the moment.

"Exactly the kind of smooth delivery I appreciate"
I ordered from Flinn Scientific as someone who likes to know exactly where my supplies are, the tracking was really reassuring. It updated each time the package moved, and the box arrived right when it said it would. Everything was packed well, nothing was damaged, and the whole thing was just easy from start to finish. No complaints here.

I accidentally ordered the wrong lab supply item and figured the return would turn into one of those situations where nobody really wants to help. Surprisingly, it didn’t. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained the steps clearly. Once they received the item, the refund came through without any strange delays or excuses. It was a simple process overall, which I appreciated.

Ordering from Flinn was mostly fine, but getting the tax-exempt status added was a little more annoying than I thought it would be. I had to send over the form, then wait around for it to actually show up on the account. I remember checking it between classes with a half-cold coffee on my desk, so maybe I was just extra impatient that day, but it definitely took longer than I hoped. Customer service did help and got it sorted, just not super quickly. Once it was finally set up, checkout went smoothly. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the tax-exempt part was easier.

I had to reach out to Flinn about an issue with my order. The first reply took longer than I thought it would, though maybe I was just being impatient? They weren’t rude or anything, and once they got back to me, they did help get everything sorted. It was just a little frustrating waiting around not knowing what was going on. Overall it was fine, but I do think the response time could be better.

"Easy Order When I Was in a Pinch"
I ordered some lab supplies from flinnsci.com, the whole thing was painless. I was feeling kind of trapped because I needed stuff for school and didn’t really have time to deal with a complicated site or checkout issues. Luckily, I found what I needed quickly, the cart was simple to review, and checkout went through without any problems. The confirmation email showed up right away too. Nothing confusing or frustrating, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use them again

"Stock is hit or miss"
The stock here is spotty, honestly. Sometimes they have what I need, sometimes the shelves are just empty and nobody seems to know when more is coming in. It also feels unclear who’s actually in charge of keeping things stocked, because I kept getting passed around when I asked about it

I had to place an order with a purchase order and, uh, I wasn’t totally sure I had everything filled out the right way. I reached out to Flinn Scientific support and they got back to me quickly.
They looked over the PO details, helped make sure everything was good to go, and the order moved along without a lot of extra back and forth. It was simple and easy, which I really appreciated.

"Billing was correct, thankfully"
I ordered a few lab supplies from flinnsci.com, and the final bill actually matched what I saw at checkout, which I appreciated because I have zero patience for surprise charges. Taxes and shipping were shown clearly enough, and nothing weird popped up later. It did take me longer than I wanted to find the invoice in my email, which was annoying, but everything was accurate once I found it. Overall, smooth

"Decent lab supplies, but a bit inconsistent"
Not gonna lie, the order was mostly fine for my class lab supplies. Most of the items did what I needed them to do, but a few felt cheaper than I expected, and one of the bottle caps leaked a little. It wasn’t a huge issue, just kind of annoying. Overall, not terrible, but the quality seems a little hit or miss

Ordered a few lab supplies for my class and was happy with the prices compared to other sites. Nice. Shipping wasn’t outrageous either, which I appreciated. Solid. Overall, it felt like a good value, and I’d use Flinn again when I need to restock.

"Careful packaging and solid safety info"
I’ve ordered a few lab supplies from Flinn, and overall it’s been a good experience. The safety sheets and handling notes are usually easy to find, which I really appreciate, especially for school use. The packaging has also seemed really careful, really careful, and that definitely matters with lab materials. I did have to click around a bit to track down one SDS, so it’s not totally perfect, but in general they seem to take compliance and safety seriously.

"Arrived okay, packaging was a bit rough"
So the items themselves came fine, which is the main thing I guess. The outer box was crushed though, and the tape looked kind of messy, like it had been slapped on in a hurry. Nothing was broken or anything, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah… just an okay experience overall
